Combine photos into one PDF for certificates, marksheets and ID documents

How to turn several JPG photos into a single, correctly ordered PDF that is easy to upload, email or print.

Many forms ask for "all documents in a single PDF", for example the front and back of an ID card, or several pages of a certificate. If you only have photos on your phone, JPG to PDF joins them into one file.

Before you start

Making the PDF

  1. Open JPG to PDF and add all the photos.
  2. Drag them into the order the form expects, usually the first page of a document first.
  3. Choose a page size (A4 is standard in India) and download the PDF.

After converting

Open the PDF and scroll through every page. If the file is too big for the portal, run it through PDF Compress. If you need to change the order later, use Reorder PDF; to join it with another PDF, use PDF Merge.

Keeping documents private

Identity documents contain personal information. Delete copies you no longer need from shared phones and computers, and only upload them to official websites. Where a tool can work in your browser, your file does not need to leave your device.
